T. Scott Daniel is a Tennessee-licensed attorney, real estate broker, and owner of Three Rivers Title, LLC, in Waverly, Tennessee. As the owner of Daniel Law, PLLC, and a licensed Tennessee real estate broker, Scott brings an understanding of both the legal and practical considerations involved in real estate transactions. Scott earned his Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. He is a member of the American Land Title Association and Tennessee Land Title Association, along with several legal and real estate professional organizations.
