Jennifer Daniel serves as Office Administrator and Business Operations Manager for Three Rivers Title, LLC, in Waverly, Tennessee. She assists with the company’s daily operations, administrative coordination, and client communications, helping ensure real estate transactions progress efficiently from initial preparation through closing.
Jennifer began her legal career in 2006 with the Dickson County General Sessions and Municipal Court. Her extensive experience in the legal profession, familiarity with legal procedures, and background in business administration provide a strong foundation for her work in the title and real estate closing industry.
In addition to her responsibilities with Three Rivers Title, Jennifer assists with the operations of several affiliated businesses, including Daniel Law, PLLC. She is also a licensed Tennessee Affiliate Real Estate Broker with Neighborhood Realtors, providing her with additional insight into the needs of buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Jennifer is actively involved in the local community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Humphreys County Fair Association and as the organization’s Pageant Director. Her professional experience, organizational skills, and commitment to personal service contribute to the dependable closing experience Three Rivers Title strives to provide.
